After completing this study student: has basic knowledge about service design disciplines history and developmenthas basic knowledge about service design´s theoretical frameworkunderstands the essence of consumer knowledge and implications of end-user needs while developing servicesunderstands the strategic link btw service experience and brand valuecan utilize and apply established, research based service design methodology in his/her workis capable of defining, developing and maintaining consistent service concepts and experiences considering all their aspects; people, processes, environment, equipment, instructions, etc.can organize and manage complex service design development projects
