Students can analyse business and the changing business environment from the strategic viewpoint. Students can use the main concepts and tools of strategic planning. Students can draw up and carry out a strategy plan.

How does the digital competitive and operational environment affect a company’s business? How can business operations and a changing operational environment be analysed? What methods are to be used in analysing? What are the main strategies? What is a good strategy plan like? How is a strategy plan carried out?
