Objective

Master's thesis aims at developing the student's abilities to apply theories and use appropriate methods to identify and develop working life problems and development tasks. The master's thesis also develops the student's abilities to work innovatively and independently in working life expert duties.

Content

Working life related and research oriented development task; management of the thesis project; reporting and presentation.
