Objective

You recognize the elements of successful interaction and are able to apply them in your own work. You can evaluate and develop your own skills in oral, written and web-based communication. You can systematically apply ICT in your studies, work and as a management tool. You can evaluate and develop communication in your work community.

Content

What are the theoretical approaches to and practical tools of communication and interaction and how do you apply them to your work? How do you communicate succesfully in negotiation and conflict situations in a work community? How do you evaluate and develop organizational communication and web services? How do you communicate within an organization and make know-how visible?

Qualifications

Basic skills in office software.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

a) You can communicate with initiative, justify, cooperate and solve conflicts as well as use ICT appropriately. b) You master management communication and are able to take the recipient, situation and professional requirements into account. c) You can systematically evaluate and develop organizational communication and update information material. d) You can create, organize and manage multi-professional work groups and networks. e) You can inform of best practices, manage media relations and influence decision making in a goal-oriented way.
