International Social WorkLaajuus (5 cr)

Objective

The student participates in a global discussion on current issues in the social field and understands conceptual differences in the care relation in the world. The student works actively in the international cooperation of the social field. The student is able to work in various cultural and linguistic environments.

Content

The implementation of the study unit varies yearly. The study unit may contain international student exchange, project work, an international week, language studies, studies in multiculturalism and excursions, through which the student observes and develops his/her international and multicultural competence in the social field.
