- you can evaluate which approach to management systems fit as a framework for the development of  one's own workplace or unit
- you know how to plan organisational development activities within a workplace or unit from a chosen perspective

What kind of management systems exist and how to evaluate their applicability to managing one's own organisation and its development?
How to develop the workplace/organization with different management systems and models (for example, strategic management, results management, quality management, process and network management, competence management)
How to apply management systems particularly from the point of view of a unit manager?
