Objective

- You know, what means art-based methods in development of work processes, collaboration and work well-being. You know, what means art-based counselling.
- You can solve challenges concerning to work well-being, collaboration and counselling by using art-based methods.
- You can evaluate planning, implementation and benefits of the art-based development work implemented in multi professional community.
-You know, how to reflect your own management and development skills when using art-based methods.
- You can define, how to integrate art-based methods into other work development methods.
- You deliver your skills on art-based methods in your work and study community.

Content

a) What does art-based methods in development of work processes, collaboration and work well-being mean? What does art-based counselling mean? b) How do you solve challenges concerning to work well-being, collaboration and counselling by using art-based methods? c) How do you evaluate planning, implementation and benefits of the art-based development work implemented in multi professional community? d) How do you reflect your own management and development skills when using art-based methods? f) How to integrate art-based methods into other work development methods? g) How do you deliver your skills on art-based methods in your work and study community?

Accomplishment methods

a. You can acquire, process, produce and evaluate critically multiple knowledge on art-based methods, collaboration, and development of work well-being as well as art-based counselling.
c. You can use different collaborative methods with justifications for solving demanding problems in research and development work. You also can inform your networks about them.
b. You can justify and analyze solutions and their effects by considering individual's (e.g. client's or staff member's) and community's / company's viewpoints and possible value conflicts.
