Objective
Students can identify how an organization works and how the different structures of the organization support the main objectives and targets. Students can analyse how personal behaviour and organizational behaviour support achieving the common objectives and goals of the organization. Students can determine how to promote an organizational change.
Content
How do organizational structures and organizational processes support the objectives of an organization? How to promote an organizational change with a plan? How does the organizational culture impact or influence the operations of an organization? How do the personality and sensibility of an individual affect an organization?
