You can plan, initiate and improve an entrepreneurial type of behaviour in your professional area of occupation. You know how to act creatively in different types of organizations. You can find resources and develop strategies for the implementations of innovations in your enterprising activities. You can build pro-actively and develop an entrepreneurial culture continuously for the benefit of your enterprise and the overall work effectiveness.

What are the foundations and main developmental phases of the entrepreneurial behaviour in an organization? How are the prerequisites of an entrepreneurial behaviour built in the organizational context? What are the dominant behavioural theories and how are they practically applied in an organization? What are the psychological, economic, social, and environmental effects of the entrepreneurial behaviour in the modern types of organizations?
