Students are familiar with the general view of e-business and e-commerce Students can analyse and evaluate how companies can utilize the opportunities of online environment as a part of their operations

What are the key elements of e-commerce and e-business? What are the e-business models and revenue models? What are the fundamentals of e-commerce environment? What are the e-transactions between a company and its suppliers and other partners (buy-side e-commerce)? What are the e-transactions between a company and its customers (sell-side e-commerce)? What are the strategic decisions in e-business? How can supply chains benefit from e-business? What is e-procurement? What is e-marketing? How can online buyer behaviour be supported?
