Students can use different development tools. Students are able to improve processes and develop quality management systems. Students can apply the principles of quality management.

What is quality? How are processes recognised, described and evaluated? What kind of tools can be used for process development? How can a quality management system be built? How is quality management applied to the management of an organisation?
