Osaamistavoitteet

You will get familiar with the general principles of project management. You will beable to generate plan from the project idea and to implement and evaluate projects. You will be able tofind out the needs of interest groups and manage with stakeholders. You will gaina good command of research and development methods needed in the proect management and you will actively participate in small scale R & D projects during the course You will beable to act as a responsible member of a project team.

What kind of documentation, communication and evaluation are needed during the project implementation? What are the basics of the green project management?
