Objective

You will get familiar with the general principles of project management. You will beable to generate plan from the project idea and to implement and evaluate projects. You will be able tofind out the needs of interest groups and manage with stakeholders. You will gain a good command of research and development methods needed in the proect management and you will actively participate in small scale R & D projects during the course You will beable to act as a responsible member of a project team.

Content

How to generate an idea into project plan format? What are the basics and principles of project management? What are the methods and tools for project management? What kind of documentation, communication and evaluation are needed during the project implementation? What are the basics of the green project management?
