Objective

Students will be familiar with the general conditions to carry on business in Finland, especially of corporate law and basics of other business entities. Students will be familiar with international business with customers in the EU. 

Content

How to carry on business in Finland? What are the rights, duties and liabilities of the owners and managers of corporations? What are the key matters that businesses will face during their business transactions in EU?
