Objective
Students are familiar with the principles of cultural diversity and their impact on life and business. Students can successfully operate in a multicultural and diversified work community. Students are aware of the national perspectives in the global context. Students can deal with communication, negotiations and conflict situations from a cross-cultural perspective.
Content
What are the special features of the multicultural working environment? What do the global economy and society mean to an individual? How to deal with intercultural management issues in the EU? What are the key issues to be considered in cross-cultural communication?

a) Students can use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations. c) Students can work as team members in working life expert duties, and identify and describe problems of the profesional field. d) Students can evaluate operations in customer, user and target group situations. f) Students can promote goal-oriented operations of teams. g) Students can apply critically the ethical principles of the professional field in different situations.
