What do innovations and innovativeness mean and how are they related to the development of an organisation and business? What is the product and service development process like and how is it started? How can one promote one’s own creativity? How can one function in a team in a creativity promoting way? How are collective and diversified creativity utilised? What are the main methods of development work? How are internal and external data combined and utilisedfor the basis of development work?
