After the course the student is able to: understand the ethical and qualitative principles of  management, development, and evaluation work take part in the evaluation and development of service processes in the service organisation understand the responsability of the workers and managers for the developement of working skills and the organisation work in multiprofessional management, development, and evaluation work

Essential content: the basic concepts and skills of management evaluationand development work the developmental and evaluative multi-professional work approach basics of personnel management and activities of the immediate superior evaluation of the effects of social servises
