Objective

You can independently use basic structures and key professional vocabulary so that you manage in common oral and written communication situations related to work and studies. You can find and evaluate professional information sources, understand professional texts and find the essential content.

How do you apply professional vocabulary to communication situations at work? How do you use language independently in various communication situations at work, in customer service and in multiprofessional networks? How do you find and apply information in various professional text types to work and studies? How do you identify and apply various communication tones and styles to oral and written communication?

Assessment criteria, good (3)

a) You can use the the professional vocabulary of the field systematically and use appropriate tones and styles . d) You manage oral and written communication situations with customers, users and target groups. b) You can look for, evaluate and apply information in in the key information sources of the field.    In addition, the assessment relies on the competence levels defined in the Common European Frame of Reference for Languages so tha grade 5 = B2.1.
