Objective

You can describe the demand and the idea for a tourism product. You can outline the productisation process and combine immaterial and material resources. You can generate ideas, plan and execute a tourism product to a domestic customer.

Content

How do you brainstorm and plan a customer-oriented product? How do you implement a functional product? How do you estimate the profitability and cost-effectiveness of a tourist product? How do you utilise story-telling in designing a product?
