Objective

You can find information on and present Finland as a destination. You can find information on potential customers and you apply the principles of customer selection. You are familiar with contacting customers and potential partners. You can sell and market the product and service supply to a selected target group or partner.

Content

What is the general structure of  Finnish tourism supply? How do you find customers for a company, a special product branch or a service? How does a tourist enterprise market its products/services? How do you manage customer contacts and communication? How do you sell tourist products and packages?
