You can use the basic structures of the language and key professional vocabulary so that you manage oral and written communication situations in your own professional field. You can find, evaluate and understand information in professional English sources and summarize the essential. 

Content

What is the key professional vocabulary you need variour work-related communication situations? How do you use the language in different communication situations in the work community, customer service and multiprofessional networks? How do you find the essence of professional texts and apply it in your work? How does the customer's cultural background affect oral and written communication?  

Qualifications

Russian 5 or corresponding skills

Assessment criteria, good (3)
