Objective

Getting to know the basic materials and producing methods concerning product design by way of theory and assignments. Discussion on the relations between production and design in the field of industry. The objective is to obtain a general view to industrial design. Students learn demands of industry in workshops and working with mock-ups and models.

Content

Designing and making a prototype of a given assignment based on the knowledge and the skills obtained from the Product Design course. Students learn to understand the restrictions and the requirements in production.
