Objective

Students who successfully complete this course will be able to analyse their own organisational and citizenship behaviour, leadership skills and developmental needs analyse organisational behaviour and its effects enhance workplace wellbeing by taking different perspectives into consideration while working as a manager, colleague and as a subordinate demonstrate a mastery of basic meeting and negotiation skills prapare for meetings and negotiations, demonstrate goal-directed behaviours in meetings and draw up the required documents

The competence created in this study unit is assessed on the scale excellent (5), good (4-3), fair (2-1), fail (0). The evaluation focuses on  the knowledge, skills and attitudes of each student.
