Objective

After successfully completing the course, students are expected to be able to discuss Human Resources Management (HRM) processes and practices including the latest theories plan a development project in their chosen field of HRM for a small work community, and realistically assess the prerequisites of the project based on their work experience describe the main rights and obligations of employees and employers solve and reconcile labour law disagreements in working life using co-determination and the legal protection system

Developing and current issues of Human Resource Management The process of Human Resource Management: strategy, recruitment, orientation, training, development, reward, performance and continuous workplace learning Collective agreements, employment contract, annual holidays, working hours, protection of privacy in working life

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The competence created in this study unit is assessed on the scale excellent (5), good (4-3), fair (2-1), fail (0). The evaluation is focused on the knowledge, skills and attitudes of each student.
