Objective

Students show their proficiency with the principles of project management and know the main concepts related to project work. Students can plan and carry out a working life based project and evaluate the success of the project. Students can report the stages of a project according to the given instructions. Students can work as responsible members and coordinators in a project group according to set goals.

Content

What are the main methods of project planning, implementation and management? What are the concepts related to project operations? How is a project planned, implemented and reported and how is its success evaluated? How are different tools used (incl. HanSa) in project planning, implementation, control and reporting? How does one work in a project group?

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of the students’ own professional field.
