Objective

You know biomaterials and bio-based materials in typical applications, as well as various applications set by the material specifications. You know how to make use of bio-based materials in product design features set out by requirements. You understand selected product groups requirements of the different products and their derivatives in materials. You know how to evaluate the different applications the technological and economic perspective

Content

How biomaterials can be used on an industrial scale? What products can be made out of biomaterials? What are techno-economic characteristics of the products? What are the requirements of the packaging industry sets of materials? What are operating environments of the biomaterials?
