Objective

After successfully completing this course of study, students will be able to demonstrate: familiarity with user-oriented innovation process policies. the ability to develop new products and services that are user-oriented and interactive. a knowledge of the process of innovation-related development methodology as well as operating and assessment models. a knowledge of how to apply the methods and models to practical innovation processes. the abilty to work as a multi-disciplinary team member, inspiringly, systematically and purposefully.

Why are ideas developed from a user-orientation perspective? How are ideas born and developed innovatively from a user-orientation perspective? How does one act as a developer in a user-orientated innovation process? How does one assess the development potential of ideas and apply different methods of processing? - User-oriented innovation process concepts and procedures - User- oriented innovation process design and implementation - User- oriented innovation process evaluation, reporting and presentation

Students will be assessed on the following matters: the ability to logically use innovation-related concepts the ability to deal with members of different user, customer and developer communities the ability to operate in the group according to the aims
