Objective

Students show familiaritywith principles of  human resources management in service enterprices. Students recognise the role of personnel and personnel management in relative to operation and development of organization. Students show familiaritywith laws regulating personnel, employment and cooperation and with the labour market system.

Content

Which are the different sectors of personnel management? What are labour market system and labour legislation? What is the managerial responsibility in abiding by the laws? By which means will you develop competence of personnel?
