Objective

You learn the concepts of routing and packet forwarding as well as basic configuration of routers and routing protocols. Later part of the module you get familiar with the fundamentals of enterprise WANs, access control lists, dynamic addressing and network troubleshooting.

Content

What is the role of a router in a network? How to create a basic configuration of a router? How to apply dynamic routing protocols in a router based network? What is the role of access control lists in traffic filtering? How to implement dynamic addressing like NAT and DHCP in a router?
