Objective

You will demonstrate your familiarity with the principles of project management and will be aware of the essential concepts connected with project work. You will be able to plan and carry out projects and you will be able to report on various project phases in accordance with relevant guidelines. You will be able to work as a responsible member of a project group or as a coordinator within a project group, in accordance with your objectives.

Content

What are the essential methods involved in the planning, execution and management of projects? What are the concepts connected with project work? How are projects planned, executed and reported on? How can tools be applied to the planning, execution, monitoring and reporting stages of projects? How do you work in a project group?
