You will understand special characteristics of service and service production. You will learn basic skills of service in theory and in practice.

Sisältö

First you will get acquainted special characteristics and basic concepts of service. You will bone up on basic cases of behaviour and customs and will apply them in customer service. You will get acquainted different service systems and usage of them in working life.
