Objective
You understand the customer relationship management in selling. You learn strategies of customers, segmentations and their values. You learn to make the analysis of customers and survey the satisfaction of customers. You can put in practice the ways of marketing communications.
Content
At the beginning you learn the development of customer thinking and you recognize different customers in selling. You understand customer relationship management and marketing. You can estimate the values of different customers for your organization. You learn to estimate the analyses of customer satisfaction and use especially marketing relationship in selling.
