Objective

  Students familiarize themselves or  expand their competence in the business environment of hospitality management by participating in the basic tasks of service processes.    Students are able to define goals for practice from the point of their professional growth.   Students are able to describe and analyse service and production processes of their practical training place.   Students are able to set further goals for improving skills and competence according their career plans.

Content

What is the meaning of practical training and what the goals of it? What  kind is practical training process? How to act target-oriented when practicing? How to report practical training?

Qualifications

  No prerequisites. 

Assessment criteria, good (3)

a. Students can use professional vocabulary systematically. b. Students can look for information in the key information sources of the field. c. Students can identify interrelated tasks. d. Students can work together with customers, users and target groups. e. Students can use the key models, methods, software and techniques of the professional field. f. Students can work as team members in a goal-oriented way. g. Students can justify their actions according to the ethical principles of the professional field.
