Objective
Students familiarize themselves or expand their competence in the business environment of hospitality management by participating in the basic tasks of service processes. Students are able to define goals for practice from the point of their professional growth. Students are able to describe and analyse service and production processes of their practical training place. Students are able to set further goals for improving skills and competence according their career plans.
Content
What is the meaning of practical training and what the goals of it? What kind is practical training process? How to act target-oriented when practicing? How to report practical training?
