Objective

Students show their familiarity with the principles and importance of human resource management in a changing operational environment Students can recognize and evaluate personnel processes in different organisations. Students can acquire and apply information to practice in human resource management duties. Students know the employment legislation so that they are able to function in accordance with collective agreements and legislation.

Content

What is the importance of human resource management as a competitive factor of an organisation? What are the sections of personnel processes? How are human resource management tasks carried out in practice? How do collective agreements and labour legislation regulate contracts of employment?

a. Students can systematically use the professional terminology of human    resource management c. Students can perceive interrelated tasks in human resource management e. Students can use the main models, techniques and legislation of human    resource management. g. Students can justify their actions according to ethical principles.
