After the successful completion of this study unit, students: understand the significance of dialogue in client-employee interaction are able to analyze the main concepts of dialogue and their importance in the interaction have the skills and knowledge to instruct clients and their relatives

Content

Dialogue. Interaction between the client and the worker. Helper's skills. Getting preparedness to guide and encourage the client and the close ones in the phase of change .Bringing up worries.
