You know the basic norms, acts and directives related to tourism and hospitality and you know how the safety and healthiness of the business environment is officially supervised. You know what kind of responsibilities you have in your professional role and you can act accordingly. You can find topical information about sustainability, quality and safety and apply it to your duties and in the development of business operations.

What is sustainable development, its components and its different perspectives? What is quality in tourism and hospitality and how can it be developed and managed? Which norms, acts and directives apply to safety management in tourism and hospitality business? What kind of responsibilities do you have in your professional role?
