Objective

Students show familiaritywith organization and management in work communities.  Students are capable to define the responsibilities, tasks and roles of manager. Students are capable to describe different theories and styles of managery. Students are capable to describe main challenges in managerial work and evaluate their own managerial abilities.

Content

Which are the different managerial styles and organizational models? How do managerial tasks comprise? Which are main challenges in managerial work in Tourism and Hospitality Management? Which are your own strengths and needs of development in managerial work?
