Objective

Students show familiaritywith concepts, thinking model and operational systems in Facility Services and Management. Students are capable to describe the different ways organizations use in producing facility services. Students show familiaritywith basics of space planning and are capable to act as facility management representative in a building project.

Content

What is meant by Facility Services? How are Facility Services organized/produced and what edge conditions should be considered? How does a building project proceed and what is the role and responsibility of facility management representative in it? How should the needs of facility services be considered in building project?
