You understand the organisation as a comprehensive operational system and recognise that the organisation's operations are simultaneously affected by several forces of change coming from different directions.

You know the conceptual foundation of organisational development and you understand its multidisciplinary basis.

You know and can apply different approaches and models of organisational development and change management.

You understand the foundations of a learning organisation and a culture that strives for continuous development.

You know how to plan, implement and assess a goal-directed organisational development process that is committed to the organisation's strategy.

What does it mean for an organisation to function as a comprehensive operational system and what kinds of change forces are there that affect the organisation's operations from different directions?

What is the conceptual foundation of organisational development and what is the basis of multidisciplinary organisational development?

What are the different organisational development and change management approaches and models and how can you apply them in practice?

What is the foundation of an organisational culture that strives for learning and continuous development?

How do you plan, implement and assess a goal-directed organisational development process that is committed to the organisation's strategy?

Evaluation

Students can
a. use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations.
b. assess information sources critically
c. work as team members in working life expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.
d. assess operations in client, user and target groups situations.
e. choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify them
