Objective

You understand the entity of wellbeing at work and can identify its most important components.
You know how to analyse the wellbeing of an organization and what tools can be used to develop it.
You understand the link between wellbeing at work and business performance.
You are able to define the most important elements of work ability management and apply them in your own organization.

What tools are used to measure wellbeing at work and work ability?
How is wellbeing at work linked to business performance, and how is it measured?
How is work ability management applied in practice?

Opintojakso toteutetaan täysin verkossa itsenäisesti opiskellen. Sisältää 2 - 3 Teams-luentoa, jotka tallennetaan.
