Objective

The student  knows company's international trade operations and is able to evaluate their feasibility understands and knows how to produce documentation of  export and import, payments, insurance and transportation operations is able to evaluate the impact of international commercial terms on risks in export and import operations and division of obligations and costs between trading partners  understands a text of a conventional business contract and is able to interprete it in cases of its practical fulfilment  

Content

forms of company's internationalisation foreign trade documentation and international recommendations concerning them international commercial terms forwarding customs clearence risk management and insurance payment transactions and financing sales contract   The usual procedures and practices in international trade as well as their use in trade with Russia are covered by the content.  

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Evaluation: excellent (5), good (4-3), satisfactory (2-1), failed (0). In evaluation attention is paid to student's undestanding of processes in the integrated whole of company's business activities.
