Objective
Students show their familiarity with regulation concerning serving of alcoholic beverages by carrying out the appropriate exam. Students show their familiarity with different types of beverages. Students are capable to make, sell, serve and recommend different types of beverages.
Content
Which are the main groups of beverages and the ways to serve them? How do you purchase beverages into restaurant and what is a good selection of beverages according to the business idea? How do you serve beverages according to the licensing laws?
