Objective
You are familiarized with a variety of wines and beers, their preparation and serving. You are able to assess the compatibility of food and beverages and basic flavors with sensory evaluation methods. You are able to design and implement a variety of meals, as well as recommend and sell suitable drinks for different meal situations
Content
What is the difference between different beer and wine types and how to combine them with dishes? Which elements of food and beverages support each other and create harmony of tastes ? What kind of methods are used to evaluate harmony of food and beverages? How to choose suitable meal drinks in different meal situations? How to plan a business idea based selection of beverages ?
