Objective
Students will deepen and expand their competence in the business environment processes of hospitality management. Students are able to define goals for practice from the point of their professional growth. Students are able to describe and analyse service and production processes of their practical training place. Students are able to set further goals for improving skills and competence according their career plans.

What is the meaning of practical training and what the goals of it? What kind is practical training process? How to act target-oriented when practicing? How to report practical training?
