You will get acquainted operational principles of equipment in service sector, for example professional kitchen equipment. You can evaluate working characteristics of equipment and consider them as purchasing and developing processes.

Content

First you will get acquainted equipment used in service sector, for example in professional kitchen. Through practical work you will learn to compare, use and choose equipment considering process development and sustainable development.
