Objective
You familiarize yourself with menu planning. You know the nutritional needs and recommendations of different customer groups. You learn to plan health promoting menus for different customers. You will be capable to evaluate nutritional val-ues using computer applied software.
Content
First you learn about nutrition and food behavior of different age groups.Then you will get familiar with menu planning and the criteria of good meal. Finally you plan a menu for a target group and evaluate the nutritional content.
