You show familiarity with the main principles of consumption. You are capable of finding statistical and qualitative research data about the structure and changes of private consumption. You are familiar with the consumption phenomenon and the factors affecting consumer behaviour. You are capable of using consumer-related research methods and utilising them in your own research tasks.

How do you define the concepts of consumer and consumption unit? What are the main sources of consumer behaviour information? What are the main factors affecting consumer behaviour and changes in it? How do you research consumer behaviour? What are the consumer trends in your field, the factors affecting them and how can we utilise consumer trends in service business?
