You can cooperate with customers and partners in your field. You can apply the principles of customer selection and customer contacts successfully. You can achieve long-term customer relationships and evaluate the meaning of frequent customers and their effect on business operations.

What are the key concepts and principles of marketing and sales? What are the different competitive tools and their components in marketing? How is the customer potential of service enterprise formed and how can a service business identify its target segments? How do you contact customers? What is relationship marketing and how do you achieve frequent customers? How do you achieve and maintain customer satisfaction?
