Objective
You can evaluate and utilise customer analyses and means analyses. You can evaluate new demand opportunities and productisation needs for a tourism and service business. You can productise tourism products and packages considering the market demand and the principles of sustainable development. You can design and deliver new tourism products in cooperation with various operators in the field. You can set a market-oriented and cost-effective price to a product package. You are familiar with the legislation and safety requirements that apply to marketing and delivering tourism products.

How do you collect information about travellers and the requirements of travellers/customers considering tourism products and services? How do you define a tourism product and its various components? What are the opportunities to develop and design new tourism products? How do you design tourism products and productise them with cooperating companies? How do you set a market oriented and cost-effective price to a product package and estimate the profitability? What are the requirements that legislation and safety regulations impose on tourism products and delivering them?
