Objective
You show your competence in planning menus for different customers according to their individual needs. You recognize the nutritional needs of and recommendations for different customer groups (age-related/dietary adjustments). You learn to design health promoting food services for various customer groups and evaluate nutritional intake using computer-based software. You are capable of choosing special food products suitable for the customers.
