Objective
Students show know-how in operational principles of equipment in service sector, for example peofessional kitchen and SME equipments. Students show know-how in the selection of equipments in markets and can evaluate the attributes of different equipments. Students can develop working processes utilising the new technology of equipments

Which are the functional principles of the professional kitchen equipments? What is the the assortment of the equipments and the properties of the equipments? How the working processes can be developed using equipments?
